FOUNDATION OF THE PARTNERSHIP
MCQUEEN Partnership was founded by Nathan McQueen, who brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in debt recovery. Nathan saw how frustrating it can be for businesses to manage unpaid debts and wanted to create a service that truly helps.
To build on this idea, Nathan teamed up with Matthew Hirst and Mark Flanagan, professionals who share his dedication to getting real results for clients. Together, they formed MCQUEEN Partnership—a debt recovery agency focused on being fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful to every business they work with.
Their goal is simple: to recover debts quickly, take the stress off clients' shoulders, and provide guidance on credit control to keep cash flow steady.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
NATHAN MCQUEEN MCICM
With over 30 years of experience in debt recovery, I've developed an unwavering passion for helping clients recover hundreds of millions of pounds. It all began at Southern Electric's Fraud and Tracing Department when I was just 17 years old, and my tenacious attitude has since propelled my career to great heights.
By the time I was 24 years old, I became the Credit Manager of HEAD, and my career gained momentum from there. I then headed up the Credit Control team at General Motors in Yorkshire, where I continued to build on my expertise.
After spending 16 years in Credit Control, I decided to switch my focus to Insolvency debt recovery. I have had the privilege of acting for high-profile clients like Deloitte, KPMG, and PWC, working on cases such as HMW, Comet, and Auto Windscreens.
In 2023, I founded MCQUEEN Partnership to establish a best in class service that offers complete Debt Recovery and Credit Control solutions to SMEs, Insolvency Practitioners and Asset Based Lenders.
Originally from Wiltshire, I'm now an adopted Yorkshireman and a family man at heart. I approach business with a straight-talking attitude, always striving to deliver the best possible results for my clients.
When it comes to fitness, I'm not a fan of the gym lifestyle of "lift, repeat". Instead, I found my calling in martial arts and quickly obtained my Black belt. I competed both nationally and internationally before retiring in 2014. Thankfully, my years of experience in debt recovery have never required me to use my martial arts skills!
After spending a large portion of my professional career in Industry, gaining professional and management qualifications, I switched to Banking where I honed my skills in the financial sector whilst gaining related qualifications to further my career culminating in being promoted to Director, Business Development, a position held for many years. Demonstrating skills as a strong and inspirational director, excellent communicator at all levels who establishes outstanding stakeholder relationships.
During my career I have had opportunity to assist clients with debt recovery solutions on an introductory basis. When I was introduced to Nathan who was interested in setting up his own debt recovery business it became clear that we had synergies that would compliment each other and formed MCQUEEN Partnership.
Outside of work I love to travel and enjoy world cuisine with my family whilst supporting my son playing Football and daughter playing Hockey. I have an active lifestyle mountain biking and skiing.
MARK FLANAGAN
MATT HAWCROFT
January 2024 sees me celebrate my 20th anniversary in Financial Services. I have dedicated my professional career to helping businesses thrive.
15 years of this was spent working in the Banking sector, firstly for the largest bank in the world RBS Group (at one time, albeit briefly!). Latterly as a Director within Handelsbanken supporting both Private and Corporate clients.
I have had a personal interest in the debt recovery sector for some time, and when Nathan and I crossed paths professionally, the entrepreneurial juices immediately started to flow. We aim to bring a new ethos with a fresh outlook on the sector, blending best in class recovery methods with a preventative and consultative approach, supporting businesses of all sizes.
Outside of work, I have a beautiful young family! I love all things sport… I play squash regularly and golf when time allows, maintaining a decent enough handicap. I am an emotionally drained supporter of the mighty Leeds United!
OUR TEAM
With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. Prior to my previous role, I spent a year working as an Analyst in New Zealand, where I gained valuable insights and sharpened my analytical skills.
As a seasoned finance professional, I've dedicated the past 8 years to Credit Control, effectively managing credit risk and optimising cash flow processes. In my role I have expertly handled credit assessments, developed efficient payment collection strategies, and maintained strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and efficient cash management.
Beyond numbers and spreadsheets, I have a deep passion for fitness and training. I firmly believe in maintaining a healthy body and mind, as they fuel my drive for success both personally and professionally. You'll often find me in the gym, pushing my limits and finding new ways to challenge myself.
I'm an adventurer at heart, with an insatiable love for travel. Exploring new destinations, immersing myself in diverse cultures, and expanding my horizons are some of my greatest joys.
Through my extensive finance background and diverse experiences, I strive to bring a unique perspective to every endeavour.
DAN SMITH
Adedeji Oladeinde
Adedeji Oladeinde is a Credit Controller at McQueen Partnership, specialising in debt recovery and collections. Originally from Nigeria and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Adedeji’s international background has shaped his dynamic approach to finance and accounting.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Account & Finance Management and an MSc in Finance from the United Kingdom. His education provided him with a solid foundation in financial management and analysis. Adedeji is skilled in utilizing advanced systems such as EBS, SAP, Salesforce, and Chorus to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, he has gained diverse experience across various accounting functions, including accounts receivable, inventory, and stock management. His ability to adapt and excel in different roles has made him a valuable asset to his team and clients.
Outside of work, Adedeji is passionate about football—proudly supporting Arsenal—martial arts, and politics. His balance of professional expertise and personal interests highlights his commitment to both career success and personal growth.
